Do u have a tune on your truck? Nitro?

Not yet. I'm waiting for the Diablo intune to be under $300. Or a coupon for it but I don't see me paying over $300 for it.

I have a 2014 V6 with stock wheels and tires and a 2.5 RV leveling kit and front air dam removed (both mods are supposed to affect mpg) and I still get 20-25mpg highway and 17-19mpg city. I highly doubt 33's will make much of a difference but as someone else has stated it also depends on the tire. If you get a toyo MT that weighs 60+ lbs that may be a different story but that will happen no matter what size your motor is.

How do you calculate your mpg? With the screen thing or doing the math?

My tires weight 68lbs each. Idk how much the stock cheap work Truck ones weight. I remember before being leveled and big tires the best I got on Highway was 22.

This is how she sits. New fog light bumper with led pods coming soon.

I ran 33's on my truck for couple months.. just wanted to fill wheel wells up so went with 35's did lose some power with them..but not enough to make me go back to 33's ..Truck looks so much better to me

I believe the stock WT/LT 17's are 255/70/17 and total weight of tire/wheel is 63lbs or so.

You're running 35s in the v6? How's the mpg? Does it feel slow?

I am going mainly on what the screen tells me as I never drive just Highway or just city. But, I average around 450 miles to the tank and usually put in less than 25 gallons per fill up

Damn, that's good. My screen doesn't go past 400 miles to empty and I done the math and realised if I drove all freeway i could possibly get that.

I average 14.5 that's highway some but mostly work that is 10 miles away with like four stop and goes.. don't feel to slow .. still has plenty of power for me not like I race the thing.. when it goes from 4 to 6 seems to vibrate more that's one reason I asked if you had a tuner so I can get rid of the v4 crappie don't care for it

They should've changed the displacement on the new v6 so people would realize it's a new engine. The new 4.3 V6 will put most 5.3's on this site to shame.

What do you mean by changing the displacement?

I mean versus the old V6, the 3/4 of a 350 V6 that was noncompetitive with the rest of the full size V6 trucks

I have 35 12.50 r 20 and get 14.5 city and can get as much as 19.5 on highway if flat land ..and somewhere around 15 to 16 if a lot of hills. People who say 8 r just guessing .. trucks says 14.6 now and that's about 85% city use..

Did u have to tune it 4.3v6 or regear the rear end? To run the 35s and what tires are u running
