$1500 Private Offer Tips

Tried for months before I bought my Sierra and never got one for anything GMC. Chevrolet has always been easy and now when I finally need it - nothing.

FWIW: I recently spoke to GMC Marketing and they did assure me that the random Private Offer popup is presently active on their website for both 2015 & 2016 Sierra.

from my experience it pop up more often in the middle / end of the month

the expiration date on the PO is usually the 4th or the 5th of the month

so I am guessing some web developer has to go in every month to change that date ?

I'm in the same boat, I have been trying since the second, no luck yet.

Anybody have any luck getting one of these babies to pop for a Sierra? I've tried hundreds of times, but all I get is the "Request A Quote" popup. I'm in dire need of a Sierra Private Offer if anyone has one to spare. Thanks.

Yeah, well they've certainly misled me before. But as of a couple of hours ago, that was the story from them (confirmed by a supervisor).

Those looking to buy soon, a dealer let me know the other day that there was a $1000 conquest rebate. Basically if you have another manufacturer's vehicle in your household, you'd get a grand for buying a Chevy.

That cannot be stacked with the $1500 private offer. I was disappointed to find this out.

I was told the new purchase had to be titled in the same name as the qualifying other manufacturers vehicle.

I don't know all the details, but figured I would mention it if guys are looking to save more $. I know my salesman that I'm working with just wanted a copy of my wife's vehicle registration and license to show that it's the same family/residence.

If anyone has a PO I could use let me know. I had one that expired and have not been able to get one to come up again. Just get the request a quote to come up.

Anyone received one yet this month? Can't for the life of me get one, so I'm thinking maybe they haven't put them on the site yet. Maybe that's why the conquest rebate ends on the 14th, since it's also a "private offer." Maybe the normal PO won't show up until after that? Who knows.

FWIW, I bought my truck on the 14th of last month, I got the offer a couple of days after that. After reading the program fine print with the dealer, I would have had to drop 2 other incentives to be able to use their $1500 private offer. Had I known that I would have not spent countless hours trying to get the PO
