Welcome to the site.

 

Information about your truck lets others answer the question easier, year, model, trim level, what stereo do you currently have?

 

If you remove your ignition key before you open your door it will not chime, or pull key out and put it back in also works.

Otherwise you will have to disable it in the vehicle settings.
