Lifting a lease?

Good idea or bad idea???

I should have a good residual value of the vehicle after my lease is complete in about a year and plan to buy it. Has anyone lifted or modified their leased vehicle and gotten any shame when the lease is over? Last thing I need is for them to tack on "damage" fees even though I'm purchasing it...

I just turned in a 2013 lease, it stated in the lease paperwork that if I planned to buy out the vehicle they would not charge me for any 'damage'. So check your paperwork or just ask the dealer. Also obviously be 100% sure you want to buy it before doing it.

My truck is a lease, I plan on buying it out after its over. All sorts of mods. I'm not worried about it.

Mine is a lease I got a leveling kit and up sized tires tint and stuff my guy said just take off the leveling kit and tires if I wanted them when I turned it in I'm planning on buying it tho as long as the newer one in 2018 doesn't look any better but it's gonna take alot to make me part with this one I love the body style and front end
