Just wanted to introduce myself and look for some recommendations

Just wanted to intruduce myself and see about getting some insight on issues I'm having with a 2015 GM Sierra with a 6.2 Liter 8 speed transmission. I've been having issues with my truck since day one and looking for some suggestions on working with GM and there customer service. Without getting into details here on the introduction page I was hoping someone could tell me which forum would be correct for posting complaint and issues in pertaining to GM and there customer service. To make a long story short my truck is 126 days old and its been in the shop 43 of those days and transmission has been out twice and replaced once.

Is this normal? GM seems to think so.....
