I had a 2007 Tahoe 5.3l that I sold to an individual. He called me almost 2 weeks later complaining of expenses he had to spend on repairs. He said the catalytic converter blew up and fragments caused the muffler to be replaced as well. He said the cat. converter blew b/c of all the rust in the engine. A ground wire broke loose and grounded out and shut down half the engine.

What a load. Engine don't have rust in them,cats don't blow up, ground wires don't care if you ground them.

Remind he bought "as is". Up to him to make sure he's buying something in good shape. Don't take his calls anymore
