Tuning. You don't really disable it per say... you just raise it to a speed that is unobtainable lol.

So the 6.2 2016 8spd does 0 to 60mph in 5.6 seconds so 0 to 60k should be like 3.5 seconds BAM that is modified dragster times man. hahahaha I was passing a smokey ole truck on the interstate the other day and it hit the speed limit but I never looked to see what it was probably less than 100 best I could tell.

When I romp on the gas to pas a slow vehicle the truck seems to almost redline before it takes off. Anyone else?

6 speed or 8 speed?

 

When I rented a cadillac cts with a gm 8 speed it would do crap like that constantly. Hated that transmission more than any transmission I've ever driven.

We bought a CTS the same time as the Sierra. I'm thinking of tuning the pick up so it'll perform closer to the caddy. Happy with both 2 weeks in

Didn't really see this posted but for my 2016 all stock 1500 5.3 6speed do I recommend it no.
