Headlight exit delay

My 2003 Silverado LS does not have DIC controls on steering wheel. How do I change the headlight exit delay or turn it off? When I come home at night they shine in my neighbors bedroom window for 60 seconds. There is nothing in the owners manual about how to change the delay on headlights or interior light delay unless you have DIC, which I do not. Would like to turn them both off completely.

I saw that and tried it, but did not work. That was for a 2012 Ford Fusion. But thank you for looking, I appreciate it.
