Engine power reduced

Hey guys I have a 07 Silverado 4x4 reg cab 4.3 v6 approx 140k on it and this weekend I drove approx 7 miles parked it left it idiling for around 10 mins an when I got back in it it said engine power reduced an wouldn't let me give it any throttle on the drive over it didn't give me any problems rough running or acceleration etc so I took the bat cable of for approx 60 seconds an it cleared the code an ran fine up until today got ready for work went out started it let it warm up an when I come back to it Same problem except this time I will not let me clear it by disconnecting the battery terminal I've read a lot on here an leaning twoards the tps sensor have any of you guys had the same problem?
