Well I just past the 12,000 mile mark on my 2015 DC 4X4 5.3 Silverado. This is the best truck I've ever owned by far! My life time mileage average is 20.7, yep and that includes all different types of driving, to say I'm impressed is an understatement. It rides like a dream and has plenty of power! I'VE HAD ZERO ISSUES! The fit and finish is right on the money. I love keeping it clean and just plain driving it. Chevy and GM you boys did good!

I just hit 12,000 miles on my GMC Sierra 1500 5.3. Had it about 1 year now. No issues either!!!

I've put 6k on mine is the 3 months I've owned it, and I'm averaging just over 20mpg as well. No issues, no problems. Love my truck!

I love these posts, they're a nice change from all the complaints going around. 20,000km on my truck and so far no serious issues. There have been a couple little things that have been looked after under warranty. Even some brake issues that, I told the dealer outright was caused by my driving and everything was looked after as warranty. Its nice to be able to go out to my truck after a year and a half and still look at it like it was new. :D

Forums are dangerous to new buyers, you will get a lot of phantom issues that you think might be there due to something you've read, but aren't. I thought I had a vibration issue but it was just the road. Best thing to do is ignore the bad stuff on here and just go by your gut instinct. Remember no vehicle from any manufacturer is perfect and there will be minor issues along the way. Once that's accepted you can move on and chalk it up to "that's life". Enjoy the truck, take care of it and I'm sure the good will far outweigh the bad.

I agree too. I stopped coming to the forums for a while, because of all the negativity.

Just passed 5k and it'll be 1 year in 2 weeks or so ( I know, but I live only a stones throw from work) Hands down the best vehicle I've ever owned.

Only issues have been loose u-joints and realizing that 89 octane is worth the extra $0.50/gal, especially in the city. :)

I don't know how some of you are getting such good mileage! I know I have a lead foot but it shouldn't be that much of a difference!
