2016 1500LT 9K Mi ENGINE NOISE, TRANNY FAILURE, VIBRATION

So i bought a 2016 silverado 1500 LT back on Dec 1st 2016. I have never actually liked the truck(different story) but I also thought it drove really funny like shifting. I bought it because I wanted new and that was literally the only full size truck i could afford (in the 30s instead 40s). I have 95xx miles on it now and the tranny is f&U&dk!!!! AWFUL. The downshift jerk from 3rd to 2nd is unbelievable, the jerk from 2nd to 3rd might be 3rd to 4th feels like the truck shuts off, it just looses all power. Tranny always seems to be searching for the right gear...flooring it on the interstate it is responsive until 98-100mph and it feels like i hit a wall, loses all the power, feels like gear searching.

NOW at a red light the other day my truck uprevved to about 1k and making strange noises, before you couldnt barley tell it was on now the truck kind of vibrates, ex; start truck in driveway and sit and listen you will hear noises and feel a vibration in the cab

Really want to get rid of this thing I'm wishing it was a lemon or a way to get out of it lol.....

Top speed is limited to 98 MPH.

You have several options:

1. Have dealer make any repairs that are needed and drive it

2. Have dealer make repairs and trade it in

3. Have dealer make repairs and sell it to Carmax or similar institution

4. Have dealer make repairs, have it tuned by Blackbear or Diablo

5. Quit paying the note and they will come get it

6. Don't have it repaired and come continue to post about how bad the truck is

Social media is a double edged sword. It's great to stay connected and talk to people on forums, but it also takes away the independancy of the human race. Personally, I would take it to the dealer and have them diagnose and fix the truck, instead of telling strangers online.

Dealer will not help unless there is a check engine light or major mechanical failure. Have been dealing with problems for months with my 16 silverado. Dealer " could not reproduce complaint. Vehicle operating as designed." Don't waste your time and frustration. Let it break Chevy will pay for it then.

Then that's YOUR dealer, not Chevy, dropping the ball. Find a new dealer that WILL work with you. They are out there and will look at it if you ask them to.

Op, take it to a dealer (just in case you didn't get it the first 10 times).

It's been through the road test and they found "no problems". Is the top speed really 98???? Lolllllllll I would do 100 in a lifted Titan normal highway driving. That's insane

GM trucks have been limited to 98 mph since at least 1996. It is because the tires are speed rated to around 110 mph.

Find another dealer. The local GMC dealer is great around here the Chevy one is another matter entirely. My truck has gone in 3 times for the 8 speed torque converter shudder and all seems kosher now. Never did a check engine light come on but you could see and feel the steering wheel shake. Update done first no change. Second visit converter replaced and good but light shudder felt after 5 months. New flush procedure done with synthetic fluid and it feels great. Chevy dealer was always saying no issues with C6 Vette even though I had a GMPP warranty and once demanded I pay for a differential fluid change before they could change out the offending parts. Left and said would return but I recalled that I kept receipts so went home and lo and behold had already been done. Went back and they had no choice but to work on the car I only paid the $100 deductible. Service advisors have the past history in front of them but the mothers wanted to see if I would fork out the cash. AGAIN FIND ANOTHER DEALER
