Had looked at that size also and ended up going with a 275/65-18 Michelin Defender LTX M/S. 1" front end lift (1/2" bottum spacer). I think Micehlins' tend to look wider. For only going up one tire size, the visual between the stock Bridgestone 265/65-18 an the Michelin was significant. JMHO, with the exception of maybe off roading, these Michelins are fantastic. Completely changed the demeanor of my truck as a DD. The other thing you can do to effect visual impact is trim the front air dam. Mine is trimmed just a tad over 1" (had no measureable effect on fuel mileage).

Sharp looking truck.

Great look with the stock rims.

So are you running wheel spacers?

Without them I would expect you would rub on the sway bar.

Maybe I missed it. What size tire are you running?

Ha. Still stock 265/65R18.

Planning to add a level and new tires by the end of the month.

Considering 285/75 Toyo's or 285/65 BFG KO2's

How much mpgs, and performance loss did you have with this heavy tire?

I just changed my totally unsafe on wet, noisy & overall poor grip 265/65R18 112T Hankook ATM for a set of Bridgestone Alenza 001 285/60R18 116V (directionnal).

Same 31.5" tire than stock 265/65R18. Looks quite wide for a 285 to my opinion but it's maybe only a optical feeling with the bulge.

It rubs a little on reverse full lock on RC forged UCA, only one side.

Regarding ride, it's just night & day to have this 100% highway V rated tire vs AT tire, as I only do paved roads. Quietness, steering response, grip (for my usage) are a world above the previous setup.

Cons is UTQG 300AA, so I don't expect a long threadlife but with my 5000 miles/year...I prefer. Don't know if you can have very good grip (especially on wet) AND long threadlife. Always a compromise.
