One bucket wash with multiple wash mitts/cloths??

So.... I was watching the junkman's 2-bucket wash last night, again, and saw this video on the side and decide to watch it, title could have been better worded for that video.. :D Reading the comment section was great, back and forth on why it sucks or doesn't suck. This guys case is, one bucket, with multiple mitts/cloths, equals a clean mitt/cloth all the time. At first I thought, whatever, don't disrespect the junkman's video.. :idiot:

I thought about it more this morning and though, I'm going to get a fresh batch of MF cloths from Costco(or order some more mf wash mitts from Amazon) and will give this a try. I already have the 2 bucket supplies and washed my truck once(first time since I got it back in Feb). With the weather getting better and getting a break from all this rain in the PNW, I'm going to give this a try on my next wash. I'll do all the steps of the 2-bucket wash, minus the 2 buckets, just use multiple cloths/mitts.

One thing he didn't do was a good pre-wash/rinse(pressure wash the car first) before starting to wash the car. As the car he did the demo on was probably sitting out there for who knows how long.. :D

I have used the one bucket method waterless wash many times on my wifes van (dark gray). I have induced 0 swirels doing this method.

That was exactly my thinking and how that guy put it made sense. The debate on his comment section was to do more with buying all these extra mitt/cloths and washing them.. :D

Interesting concept. It's all about preferences, and I see where that has it's merits.
