my last 2 sets of new rubber I have bought from Mills Fleet Farm when they run a "buy 3 get 1 free" promotion. I chose Cooper.

 

If you are set on a particular brand, you obviously first have to find out who sells them.

Have had good luck with treaddepot.com. Even seen on customoffsets.com they sell em. Haven't compared them to local but if they're lower, then get somewhere to price match as said above

Local. I found the cheapest price online with free shipping I could and then took that to Discount Tire. They not only matched it but beat it.
