My name is Adam and I just picked up a 2016 Silverado 1500 on Tuesday. I went to the dealership looking for a new ford and the guy sold me on this Chevy with a lot more options! Traded in my Mitsubishi Evo. If anyone knows what type of car that is you'll understand how big of a leap it is to a full sized pickup lol. I'm loving this thing now. Trying to research the hell out of it and find all the useful information I can. I look forward to being an active member here. I was and am very active on a number of evo forums as well as some gun ones.

Enough talking!

Did a lot of work to the thing and to say it was my baby would be the understatement of the year. I think my wife almost cried when I traded it in

And here's the new truck!

I needed four doors for the newest family member expected in March :) and I had to have the 6' bed. It's just not practical to have anything shorter for myself. We just bought a house and hauling lumber just doesn't seem right in a shorter bed!

And the first load in it was 210 fence pickets. Picking up 300 more tomorrow morning
