I have uninstalled and reinstalled tapatalk several times still get the error message

I just reinstalled tapatalk for GM-Trucks.com and was able to view the site in my own tapatalk app.  You should all be good to go, but make sure to post here if you have any troubles. Remember, you may need to change your login details as the forum upgrade is now using your old "login name" not the "display name". There is just one username now.

I am still having issues. I only know of one name to use, where can I verify that both are the same?

Doesn't work for me either. I tried removing the forum from Tapatalk and adding it again and still no dice.

For what it's worth, I like the new site! It is confusing, but I am getting used to it. I think it looks a lot nicer and it seems to run smoother too. Good job, thanks!

No idea why it stopped working for a bit. Happened to me too, but it started working again and I did nothing. I'll be keeping my eye on this and reaching out to Tapatalk if need be.
