Back when I replaced my blower motor it turns out that I installed all but one bolt that mates the cover under your dash (the one that covers up all of your HVAC components) to the HVAC box that houses the evaporator coils. I just had an epiphany on Friday and screwed in this bolt to that hole you see in the first picture where the leak was coming from and wa-la no more leak to this day. I was so happy that I fixed this, but also felt like a jacka**.

I know right! I appreciate you helping me try to troubleshoot the issue.

I'm glad you solved the problem and reported back.  My experience is that we all have a tendency to look for the more complicated causes and solutions to our problems whether they be related to equipment or ourselves.  Rule out the simple stuff first is my way of attacking an issue.
