Mine only slightly rub at full lock when reversing. Everything else is smooth with no rub at all. I run this setup...

Looks great! Any impact to performance with the bigger/heavier tires?

My friend just put 35x12.50R18 BFG KO2 (34.50x12.50R20) tires on her stock 18” wheels with no lift or leveling kit yet with very little to no tire rub.

I know this treads a few months old but hoping you see this and reply!

For your friend who put the 35x12.5x18s on her truck stock. Can you explain what a little to no rub is? Are we talking rubbing when turning full lock? Or just in reverse full lock? Just curious. I can deal with it in reverse only but prefer not to rub with going forward.

On a stock Trail Boss, no level and stock rims would a LT295/70r18 fit with no rub? If so which tires have been tested?

295/70/18 Stock Wheels Nitto G2 Grapplers. No rubbing and drive better than the Goodyear stock tires. I do have a Rancho Leveling kit, but the tires were put on and run for at least a week before I had the kit installed. Either way, perfect without any problems.

Is that pic before or after the kit? Also, what type is the Rancho leveling kit and how big is it? All I’m finding are the kits for non Trail Boss models

That is the picture after the leveling kit and tires were put on. Whoops on the Rancho. I meant Rough Country. Sorry. It is a 1.5 level. I was able to fit 295/70r18 Nitto Ridge Grapplers on the stock wheels. No rubbing what’s so over. They fit perfectly.

I want the same tire but I was told that the tire is heavy and it would ride rough. How does it ride? Thanks

295/70/R18 Falkens on stock rims and stock height. Decided on Falkens since they were buy 3 get 1 free and had good reviews. I kept reading on other threads about stock UCAs failing on level kits so I think I’ll hold off for now even though the front has a rake. 01d1f0ddd7678910013613364d3ad13c.jpg

Factory Trail Boss suspension.

1.25" BORA spacers.

35x12.5 BFG KO2s.

Removed mud/aero flaps. Removed front wheel well brackets. Pinned back front wheel well liners with self tapping screws.

Almost no rub. Tire kisses felt liner at full lock.

Thanks to @Ryguy and everybody else who posted on the forum.
