2018 sierra 1500 buzzing noise after truck is shut off

Hey all just noticed something odd this evening I got home shut my truck off and when I got outside I could hear a feint buzzing seems to be right under the drivers side. Probably kept going for about 30 seconds and finally stopped.

 

Any idea what this could be?

Only noise I usually hear in that area is the fuel pump priming the lines. Maybe your cooling fans running.

^{I have the exact same sound with my 17 GMC.  Buzzing and humming after shutdown; I especially notice it in the garage.  It has done it since new and I have never found anyone who knows what it is.  But on the bright side it hasn't seemed to cause any issue, so I'm just considering it normal until I run across a post on here where someone figures it out.  Good luck.}

I’m guessing it’s something to do with the fuel evap system.  Normal stuff.

Mine did the same thing like a week or so ago but this was the first time I ever heard it in a year since I bought it. It’s a 2018 sounds like a pump or something followed by 2 clicks or a click once it was about to shut off. Heard it once have not again.

Yeah, my 2018 does it too, curious as to what it is but figured it's normal, makes sense if it's emissions related.

My 17 has always done that too. Notice it more when it’s in the garage. Not a clue what it is but haven’t had a problem so must be normal.

EVAP system. It's a pump that's on a timer.

If this is like mine, it is inside the transmission and isn’t evap system.

 

Lasts about 20 seconds, you hear a solenoid click and then it stops.

My 18 6.2 and my 18 terrain 2.0 turbo does this as well

Main reason I ask is I feel mine was louder tonight when I got home.

 

Anyone notice varying noises? The buzz was louder tonight, was also after fairly hard driving in traffic.
