battery drain Door lock cycling, Chime wont stop, Rear Access Open

Intermittent Door Lock Cycling, Chime Operation Wont stop, Rear Access Open and Battery Drain issues. Do you guys have any fix for this? I just change new battery and its still doing the same thing!

Are the battery connections clean and tight?

Get a scan tool on it.. With the tech 2 you can monitor the doors and gate latches to try and isolate what is causing it..
It's all a guessing game at this point.
