Broken door panel

Thanks. I have to say, its super rare that i go 3 days without washing it. It pretty much looks like that all the time. Even right now, but it does have an inch of snow on it.

You are very welcome. Your dedication is certainly paying off, does not look like a 5 year old truck.

Thanks for the responses. I will look around the junk yards here in Indy. Hopefully I can find a like new panel being that I do struggle with the idea of putting junk yard parts in my brand new truck, the common sense part of me says if it is in great shape and works who cares where I get it from.

I do have another question for you guys though, I have the Z71 trim accent of the panel itself. If I find just a black door panel is the trim transferable?

You can search via distance from your zip code and specify which years you want or all that interchange. If their prices are to high on parts i'll email them and say i can buy this part for XXXX new, will you sell it for XXXX, never hurts to ask.

This is a great resource. I found one for $100. A little far to travel (112 mi) but it’s a start. Thanks!

If you find a panel at a junkyard that is in perfect condition, whats the issue.

I just swapped out my chevy dash cluster with a Denali cluster. The truck had 49k on it when it was wrecked. Heck, brand new trucks get wrecked and stolen everyday. Heres my truck. Its a 14 ltz ccsb 4x4 5.3 with 88k on it now. Would you mind having a part off if it if fit your truck if you saw this wrecked in a junkyard?

Your calipers look nice. Are they aftermarket or did you powder coat?

Believe it or not, they are just covers. MGP caliper covers. I love them. It stops almost all the brake dust from getting on the wheels. You can definately tell from close up that they are covers, but I bought them to stop the brake dust. Ive had them on for about a year and a half. I never really even have to wipe them off. They still look brand new.  I have a set of SSBC 8 piston calipers on my Excursion that cost me over $2k. They stop awesome for a truck that weighs 8300 lbs and has 37's on it. But the powder coat is dingy after a long time.

Can you post a picture of the trim piece you are talking about? Did not know this existed, and am on my 3rd LTZ and have never seen anything on the back doors.

This is the Z71 trim I think he is talking about. I I put the arrow in the wrong spot before. Thats also why i showed the other pics with the reversed tartan trim.

Bhowatt, I just realized that your interior is black and not cocoa dune.

Thanks, think he is talking about the reversed "tartan", which I do have. Think those can be "popped" out and swapped.

No not yet. Spent some money on a leveling kit instead [emoji23]. Will need to let the truck funds replenish.
