New software update

I was getting gas today and my software update popped in...  so I let it update the software.

What I do is turn on my phone's WiFi hotspot and in the truck wireless settings connect to my hotspot then check for updates. However mine says it is up to date.

My Android auto updated today but that's because the phones app updated.  That said the new layout is way nicer than it was before at least I think.  I have not driven the truck in a month so it takes a while for mine to get up to date lol.

I got the new update today for Android Auto and V805.1

Mine updated to the latest. It started doing the update at the of my neighbor’s driveway. I didn’t know it would take 10-15 mins. Of course their son had to leave for work but the truck is dead during the update. 

 

The upgrade   does not fix everything. Sometimes the mute button doesn’t work.

This thread looks relevant to T1 trucks, not K2...maybe needs to be moved by mods...
