The air box is the same, the difference is the piece that pushes up against the fender. And after seeing a few, I have no idea why.  I've seen most 6.2s with the oval non textured  portion of that piece open, but on my 6.2 it was not, it was same as my 15 5.3.  I've seen a '12 5.3 with the oval portion open.

No idea, never thought of selling it till I saw your post. I just put in a cold air intake, my truck is only 3 months old so the stock one is virtually new
