Twice this year Tampa won the battle of the Bays. Neither time did I feel like Tom was responsible. Rather, Tampa's Defense was able to stymie A-rod like the rest of the league only wish they were able to. Tom was just along for the ride. Throwing lame ducks and getting lucky with terrible coverage that gifted them a TD before the half. 1 or 2 plays changed the game. But that's usually the story.

We in Packerland are now left cheering for Mahomes and the Chiefs, mostly because we are all sick and tired of the other guy.

People like Tom raise people’s level of playing just by his presence. It’s spark. It’s easy to see in baseball. One person gets a hit the rest follow. I’ve seen managers change a dominant pitcher just after one hit late in a game. And sometimes it works.

Andy, you nailed it. The Tampa D was bringing it all.

I don't however believe Tom had nothing to do with it. His personal performance was only average ( 56% completion average. 75.4 QB rating.), but in the half time interview with Bruce Arians he, Bruce, mentioned that 'Today I'm along for the ride. Tom is both play caller and coach today and I'm loving it". (paraphrased) Somebody is going to get the idea Brady would make a good head coach ?

Brady, under his average and he tossed three interceptions. Two of which were off deflections not bad throws. Aaron connected at a 69% clip and one interception. Green Bay owned the time of possession. QB play was better, Had fewer turnovers, more first downs and more total yards. Still lost. Here's a stinger.

Rodgers QB rating for this game? 66.8%              Green Bay just got  'G.O.A.T. ed".

Ali in his last successful capture of the world title was not as sharp with his punches Didn't hit as hard. Couldn't dance like he did Buuuuuuuuuuuuut...a pure ring General that still got it done. the original G.O.A.T.

Can you truly be great if your only so when your flawless?

Now I'm not sacrificing on the alter of Brady but the 'kid' better not take him for granted either. Especially now that he has two O linemen in a world of hurt at exactly the worst possible time.

I'm really looking forward to this Super Bowl no matter who wins it. Just make it a GAME worth watching.

Like I said. I know it’s only halfway at this point. All I been hearing all week KC was going to dominate Brady. Not looking like it.

This was a lesson in the importance of your left tackle.

Get well and get back to work Eric Fisher.

It is a game. My wife doesn't like football. I understand that it isn't everybody's cup of tea.

Why so important to minimize and dismiss something another cares about you have no interest in?

Tell me Ryan, what do you care about?

What interest you?

Perhaps I can return the favor.

34-28 OT nail bitter that could have gone either way. Chargers played well. In fact the game was fairly penalty free and quite clean. Hat's off to both teams. Sorry Bolt's

    • And to top it off finally.......................these small GM LS engines are designed to SPIN!!!!!  Why choke them down to just off idle for cruising.  Why/how the "bean counters" have influenced the "engineering department" at GM is beyond me.   They took a solid platform of an engine and turned into a joke in OEM form!!!
    • Atlas,   Then following your logic we can't believe any story that the MSM produces? I mean it's documented they heavily donate to Democrat candidates. Vote Democrat in high percentages. Many MSM talents are married to Democrat politicians, Gov. employees. That goes for on-air and off, personalities and reporters. So they would all be biased and nothing they produce is to be believed in your mind?   Again the article simply was about ways AI can be used for pricing products. Nothing discounted current situations as a factor.    Again keep looking through your left/right lenses. I don't live my life that way.   And as a heads up this thread will be cleaned up again as much of this is off topic and is receiving
    • Yes, and only a couple years before delivery. 🙄
    • So you're saying toss the baby out with the bathwater? @txab posted article was her take on how AI can be used to manipulate pricing as it already does and has been rebuked by the judiciasry in housing. How AI can be and is used to maximize refinery or even Amazon operations all of which are true but because she is who she is; that makes what she says about what is true, false? Is that something akin to Pre-justice aka prejudice?    Look, I'm first in line to approach all information with caution just because we live in a world where people like to lie about someone or something with such a straight face and in such volume that it makes digging to the truth wearisome. Meaning I understand the skepticisms but if I were to toss out everything a person is for a view they hold then my pool of people to draw wisdom from would be non-existent and I'd be forced to reinvent the wheel daily. Not practical.    "Be innocent as a dove but as cautious as a serpent."    Test each word. Every good lie is part truth or no one would believe it. Find the truth in it and reject what isn't.    On this one, AI is being used to do what has been done by hand for hundreds of years already but at such speed, the point of a computer, that it is more easily monetized. This one wasn't that hard a lift.    I wrote a few formulas in a Lotus 123 program decades ago, a series of linked Macros actually, that allowed a daily inventory to be turned into a running P&L and production plan. Something that took three departments a week to assemble now took the time it takes to input the 'daily changes' in inventory. Later that was ungraded to the more powerful Excel program an and integrated with bar code scanning, inventory to supply was done once per shift. It had a huge impact on production scheduling, Seamless interruption flexibility, inventory error reduction, raw materials cost effective utilization and scrap reduction. Huge improvement in the bottom line. I spent months on that and AI could have done it in minutes. So yes, it not only can be used, they would be foolish to not try. The legality, ethics and morality are not the domain of AI. Humans need to keep a reign on it.
