Thanks for the insight. I really liked this interior when it came out but after seeing the new ford I’m really liking that.

Yeah was going to say they are already look behind if this is what they plan to bring to the table, most do not like the tablet display type look not to mention the screen area doesn't look much larger than the current gen. I know guys it's a truck yadda yadda yadda even though all those other trucks have this stuff or will have this stuff soon. Also would be nice to see something other than a 1990's style sunroof but after seeing gm and it's problems with glass sealing up their vehicles maybe a solid roof is best for gm currently.

I’m happy with my dash and interior. I looked at the other trucks before I choose the Silverado. I don’t find much fault with it.

I had read the change was coming in the upper interiors in 2021, been waiting on this for a year now.  If they wait til 2022 I'm going with a different model for a few years.

I am excited about the refresh and updated interior.  If you use your truck for hunting and you like the current interior then keep your truck. No harm no foul... However, some use their truck as a luxury daily driver and I am glad GMC heard those consumer voices.

Thing will always move forward...

I really like that 12 inch screen in the upcoming Ford.  Better orientation than Ram and it's still part of the center stack and very well integrated, and not an iPad stuck on top of the dash, like the upcoming Silverado refresh.  That iPad screen looks hideous.

I just hope they don't use that hideous iPad stuck on top of the dash concept.  I'd much rather see a Ram 12 inch type setup.

Now that I've seen the Ford 12 inch screen, I like it even better than the Ram 12 inch screen.  That's the direction I'd like GM to go.  That iPad screen is absolutely hideous.

With F150s  new interior,  the GM looks several generations behind. Hoping GM steps up to the plate here.

Idk. I like the current interior. I look at these new high end ford truck interiors and think it’s way too much. I mean I guess for the guys that don’t use there truck for work and just drive a truck for commuting this is what they want. But I can imagine the software glitches and problems they will have. Just look at these trucks
