Butternut Squash for Breakfast

Cubed 1"

Evenly but lightly coated with a good Olive oil

Salt / Pepper

Silicon cookie sheet

400 F for 30 Minutes

It's almost like eating sugar cubes. Coat roasting veggies in a 1 gallon zip lock with a small amount of oil. Gets it even and you have better control over amount. Goes just as well as Irish potatoes with toast, eggs and breakfast meats. You can use parchment paper but they will be less moist that way. Great dinner side as well. Very versatile and tasty.

Christmas eve dinner tonight is Lasagne. Why not it's 2020.
We'll have ham tomorrow.

I made another pan of Lasagna.
This is one of my favorite things to make and eat.
It's got all the goods.
Italian sweet sausage, diced fresh tomatoes, onions, garlic, basil, fennel, ricotta and cottage cheese, paul Newmans pasta sauce 1/2 lb parmesan,
1 1/2 lb mozzarella.
Delicious.

I'm making some wings for the game tonight.

New Jersey style hoagies. It’s Super Bowl tradition. The first I can remember was with the Janet Jackson half time show. My wife had gotten me TiVo for Christmas. We’re watching the show it’s like what did I just see? Wait a minute I can rewind and freeze. Ok kids out the room. A collective WTF. Back to the hoagies. This year staggered just like the holidays. A movie for the pre game gang. Me and my son super bowl viewing. It will be my first game this year. It least it will be quiet. The best part for me is. NASCAR stuff starts next week.

Nothing special. Just a brush with some olive oil. Then cover with seasoning. Put on a cookie sheet. Throw in oven at 325° for 45 minutes then put some bbq sauce on them throw back in at 350° for about 10-15 minutes until you like how they look. Done.

I'll toss up a picture when they are done

Here's the wings. I left them in at 325° about 45 minutes without sauce.
Then another 20 minutes at 350° with sauce. Then for the hell of it I set them under the broiler for a few minutes.
Normally I would just toss these on the grill but there's a foot of snow in it and it's about -8°F.

I'm going to woof these down myself[emoji15] .
Wife said she's not hungry[emoji12]
Pretty good game so far [emoji106]ec585961f84dc328c0634efe25ba5e3a.jpg
