crew cab rear door hinge replacement

Hey, i'm new to the forum, also fairly new owner of a 2005 crew cab topkick. a top priority was to fix the sagging doors and the banging it causes down the road. The fronts went well, parts were fairly easy to find. Then I decided to tackle the rear doors. There doesn't seem to be ANY parts available as a pin and bushing set to fix these! anyone come upon this yet? any cross references for parts? Would love to hear from anyone who may have overcome this hurdle. Thanks in advance!!
