Hi. My truck is a 4x4 but does not have the emblems on the bed. It's not a Z71, it's actually a Z85. But anyway, I bought OEM 4x4 emblems for it but I'm not finding any data on exactly where they are to be installed. Any help - Appreciated.

I found this photo of mine with the factory OEM sticker on the right side. Hopefully this will help you. I will try to find one of the left side as well...

Welcome to the site.

Straight from GM for the placement.

How? He would have to sift through thousands of posts with the words "Grumpy" and then you may not even had said  "I am grumpy" who knows what ways you could have said that

As far as 4x4 emblems are concerned, I think that magnetic ones might be the way to go. That way to could try different positions. Once you find the perfect spot, you could just add glue or double sided tape. My vehicle is actually missing all the emblems and any other lettering. One of the previous owners must have taken them off. Maybe a few letter fell off and they just remove the rest?

Is there some place that sells the lettering?  There must be.

I saw one of these on a car window in the Winco parking lot a few months ago.

Great window sticker. I ordered one for myself.

To me, adding a cheap vinyl stickers to a truck bed that cost so much new, or anywhere for that matter, especially when they do it at the factory, is a cheap looking addition. Maybe that's why GMC trucks doesn't do it.  Just my thoughts on it.
