I see our state inspection stickers and it's a sign that the pump was possibly accurate at the point and time when the sticker was affixed to the outside of the pump. And that's about all it could mean!

The shifty smart ones skim very little so its difficult to know by watching. If its that noticeable you probably pumped water! LOL

They would get a contract with a name brand fuel so they could use their branded credit card and avoid the service charge other cards charged. I can’t easily get top tier or always afford it where we live in remote Southern Colorado. 
 

I use both of these and my cars run well. Use less oil if any and they achieve great MPG. It even works great in carbureted old timer cars and trucks.

Jalopnik IMO has the nutritional value of popcorn for the mind, but I thought this was humorous. Based on a study done with ONE vehicle, by AAA (yes, that organization), Top Tier is "likely" worth it.
