I desperately need help. I did the mpfi upgrade.

So I did the mpfi upgrade. Finally got the upper intake back on and go to start putting the studs down and torque them. But I got a new phone lost the photos I took of where each stud came from and brackets. I have maybe 3 give or take studs that are shorter then the other and I’m not sure if it matters where any of the studs go back in or not. I also have two brackets that I have no clue where they go and can’t find anything about it.

the 1 on the left is a starter shim, it doesn't go on the manifold
