HOW MANY MILES ON YOUR 2017

How many miles and what repairs have you had to do.

Have read the 2017 is the problem year curious to hear from owners of these rigs. 

6.2 liter here 8 speed.

Just hit 40k miles on my 5.3.

 

Basically zero issues, but my cargo lights don't work, and I don't care enough to trace fuses, and lately I've heard a tiny bit of a pulley whine. I did have to do brakes already, which doesn't make a ton of sense, but oh well.

Just hit 61,000. on my 6.2 SLT. Only issue was the TCC shutter which the fluid was replaiced under warranty and fixed it. Other than that no mechanical work needed, although I'm still on the original vacume pump which I know I'm on borrowed time on. But that's covered under it's own special exteneded warranty.

38,796 since May 2017. 6.2L with the 8 speed. Also had the transmission act up. They changed the valve body. Second time the fluid flush. Changed a battery. Had to change wipers in the first 6 months. The vent on the right side of the steering wheel barely blows, it's stuck mostly blowing out of the defrost vent.

51300 miles.  So far so good.  Replaced grill shutter, battery and repaired small oil cooler line leak found on annual state inspection.

67k on my 2017 6.2

Valve body at 20k

Battery at 4.5 yrs

Trans shudder/fluid exchange at 55k

Vacuum pump at 60k

 

I just rotated my tires last week and my brakes look like they should go to 100k easy. Crazy how good these brakes are. My 2013 F150 brakes were shot at 20k
