I know I can measure the amount of tread that remains on

my tire but I’m wondering what percentage I’ve used. To do that, I’d have to know how much tread was there when the tires were new. Is there anyway to know the tread depth of the tires on my truck when they were new?  My truck came with the Bridgestone Duelers. 275/60/20.

Simply, I’d like to know what percentage of them I’ve used after about 21K miles.

Yes, it's easy.

Go to the Bridgestone website and look up your tire with the correct size. They should have a listing with the new tire tread depth. You can also go on a site like Discount tire and do the same thing, look for the specs and it will say the tread depth.

Many OEM tires on some vehicles will come with less tread than the tire you can buy at the local tire store. So just keep that in mind but it's unlikely on your truck.

You won't find the OE Bridgestone Dueler AT RHS on Bridgestone's website believe it or not.  They only make the RHS in select sizes that were GM TPC it seems, the other still produced is in 265/65R18.

It is however on Tire Rack.

Tread depth when new was 12/32".
