Big FYI on this kit.  It will NOT fit a stock height truck without installing the 2 inch Trail Boss kit FIRST.  It is a direct bolt-on if you already have that kit installed or have an AT4 or a Trail Boss.

The ZR2 Spec DSSV Shock System is designed and tuned specifically to deliver exceptional performance in a variety of scenarios - from technical rock crawling to tight two-track trails or hgh-speed desert running to daily driving. These 40mm Multimatic DSSV™ Shocks included in this system employ spool valve technology and offer increased precision for enhanced ride and handling performance both on- and off-road. Additionally, they provide up to a 2-inch increase in front suspension travel and up to a 1-inch increase in rear suspension travel. Enhancements from stock Silverado Trail Boss shocks include an 18mm diameter front rod and a 16mm rear rod to accommodate higher side load, advanced design seals to handle high shock temperatures, three separate spool valves to control damping and three connected chambers for fluid flow. Compatible with 2019+ Silverado Trail Boss models or vehicles equipped with the Performance 2-Inch Suspension Lift Kit (sold separately). Installation by an authorized dealer is recommended. The system includes complete front shock module assemblies, rear shocks, steel leaf springs and installation hardware.

What about the UCAs. Same as standard height or no?

It would use the existing UCAs no matter the model year.

What would it need from the TB/AT4?

Everything that would raise the truck is in this kit. Struts, rear springs, and blocks.

Probably the CV axles for 4wd configurations and the lift blocks

Yup. The only things I see missing are the rear leaf spring blocks and the longer cv shafts.

The blocks are between the leaf springs and the lower of the two struts.

Just the leaf springs. The struts have the lift built in them.

I meant in the picture above. They are the two rectangles between the lower strut and the leaf springs.

Gotcha! Yeah, looks to be them. Didn't even notice that.

Meh, I'm good.  Recommended shock replacement is approximately every 50,000 miles.  I'd rather spend $240 every 50k than $2,400.

DSSV's are rebuildable and they are totally different than a normal gas charged shock/strut.
