We are leaving out of Atlanta tomorrow morning and heading to my Aunt and Uncles house in Goodwater, AL to enjoy a wonderful Christmas.  I hope you all have family around you during these holidays, I really do.  Enjoy all!!!  Oh and for the first time in a long time, we aren't taking the beast, my beloved gasser.  Yes I'm going to have to endure driving a 21 ecoboost Explorer.  It's not all that bad, I know it's a Ford and yes I brought gloves in the event I have to push it somewhere to be fixed...lol....Happy holidays all....

We never fly near the holidays. Lol. I don't want anything to do with all of that craziness. And the other factor is we fly standby. Which means we only get on if there's an empty seat, of which rarely exists during the holidays. Nah, we let all that craziness get over with then we head out to wherever we want to go. And of course those shoddy aircraft mechanics doesn't help the situation either. Scary. Lol. Now what I will say is fun is flying on the 4th of July. No one is flying that day. So we get up early, jump on a flight to Boston, grab a short cab ride to Fanuel hall district. Eat some fresh lobster. Walk around a bit. Grab a cab back to Logan and fly back home to Atlanta that evening. Now that is fun!!  We love doing day trips. We did one to the San Antonio River walk, mall of America, and numerous ones to DC to see the Smithsonians. It's a long ass day but fun as hell. Not always on a holiday. But us shoddy aircraft mechanics get to have quite a bit of fun. Not a bad perk to have. Lol

Our 'Burb is now 3 years old this month and thanks to you guys I'm hoping it will run well for another 3.  Merry Christmas to all of you!

Everybody get plenty to eat?

We don’t get them all at once at Christmas. A group does breakfast. The next wave at noonish for spaghetti, meatballs and Italian sausage. Some do hoagie rolls or noodles. I’m still so full I can’t move. We’ll have them all next week for pizza and Chinese food. Then Superbowl, next Easter. Then done until thanksgiving. I don’t do summer stuff, too hot.

Oh dear lord....in heaven....please forgive me for committing one of the seven deadly sins...for several days!!  I swear I could fast for a week, in fact I think I'm going to for a few days.  I feel like hell...

That's a pretty good schedule you've got worked out.  And I'm with ya, I'm miserably full and I haven't had a thing to eat yet today...lol...
