Heinzy Posted December 13, 2024 Posted December 13, 2024 I have a 2021 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4 with standard side mirrors. Just in the past month, the driver’s side mirror “shakes” for about 10 seconds after backing up in reverse, and then shifting back to drive. It’s an electronic shake that happens after the mirror returns to the ‘normal’ position. It does this whether the option is set to tilt during backup or not. Has anyone else had this issue? It’s not a problem while driving, but is a nuisance.
redwngr Posted December 14, 2024 Posted December 14, 2024 Does it have reverse tilt mirrors? Is the drivers mirror reverse tilt enabled?
JAEDEE Posted December 17, 2024 Posted December 17, 2024 I have had this happen on both mirrors, not at the same time. First time, dealer replaced the control module. That didn't fix it so they replaced the mirror. Second mirror, they went straight to replacing the mirror. Have not had the issue happen again. Been about 2 years now. 1

I think so because I have encountered this case before but could not find a solution. geometry dash meltdown Edited December 18, 2024 by DemarioBoyer
