I'd check the cooling lines all the way up to the radiator and back. Maybe someone kinked or mashed one of them when they were working on it.

How hot is it getting?

Mine runs in the 150*+ range in the summer, and I've seen it over 200* when towing. This is in my 6.0L HD with the 4L80E.

While, or before even, you're changing your cooler, pull one of the lines and see if it's flowing any fluid through there.

You said you just got it fixed. What did you do or have done? When we got our dog fixed, it took a week or so for her to come back around to normal... Maybe you should wait a while? :happysad:

you need to pull the return line off the radiator you need to have 1 qt of oil in 20 seconds any less and it will overheat
