Since I'm on the off-topic forum, I thought, I'd share, some useful info. to you all. I got some of this, from Consumers Report (Oct 2006). Click on these links. You may want to print it out too. www.privacyrights.org/fs/fs1a-basics.htm , www.worldprivacyforum.org/toptenoptout.html , and www.dmaconsumers.org/comsumerassistance.html This will reduce junk mail, protect your identity, stop telemarketers from calling your phone, get free credit reports, stop the mortgage refinancing calls, get your personal data files from Acxiom, Choice point, and Lexis Nexis, some have a small fee, and info. about using atm only cards, instead of Visa/Mc Atm cards. There's you homework!

Thanks bud. My cell phone, and my home phone are constantly ringing off the hook. The a-holes even call after 9 p.m.

Glad, I could help. This info. took me a while to get, so I hope you guys, will really, look it over. I reduced the mail by 3/4's, and no more calls. It will take 6 months or so, to really notice, but it's worth it. Also, it will protect you against idenity theft and your credit.

Some ass hole tried scamming my wife the other day. He said he was from her bank, and someone with drew $500. from her account. He said that the bank would like to replace her money, but needed her account info to verify that it is actually her. She told him to go f**k yourself. My wife then, called her bank to let them know what's going on. Oh yeah, she said he had a middle eastern voice.

I save all my junk mail return postage paid envelopes and put them back in the mail box with nothing in them so they have to pay the postage for a empty envelope.

I do the same, but I at least take the time to fill out something sarcastic on them.
