Lol, it has grown on me. Ironically I have always wanted a blue vehicle, but never had one, but red vehicles seem to run in the family. Parents always had at least one.

My past list:

White 69 GMC SWB 4 speed V8 2wd - still have this back at my parents place

Red 91 V6 firebird auto - first college car. Sold for:

Absolutely! Very nice to see too because at least around where I live it's not a very common color of red.

Ok-gotta updated picture. Leveled it, tinted the front windows, ditched the lower valance and plastdipped the wheels and impact strip.

I drive regular cab trucks for work. I had a '93 that was red and when I went to trade it they had to find a reg cab truck. I told the dealer anything but red. He called back a few days later and said all he could find that was like I wanted was red. So I drove a red '03 for another ten years. When I went looking for another reg cab this year i wanted another red one. They couldn't find a red one so I ended up with a white one. I guess I need to buy earlier instead of waiting until the end of the model year.

Here is my Red Rocket. It's a 2010 Silverado LT 4x4 Regular Cab. 5.3L. Just picked it up from my local dealership, it had been in an accident so I got a screaming deal on it and am turning it into a nice little project truck.

Quickly threw a cover on the back, a Corsa Sport catback and just installed the American Racing LT's yesterday. I'm now shopping around for a 6.2L to quickly swap in over the winter.

Just noticed this thread... I've been in the "Red Truck Club" for a looong time. Started with a 1991 extended cab Toyota. Then these three Silverados. 1999 ext. cab with 4.8, 2008 ext. cab with 5.3, and 2012 crew cab with 6.2.

On this 2006 Silverado crew cab in 2005. I am the original owner and it is a daily driver with over 149k miles on it. This is equipped with the Lt3 package, hd trailering package and

The power pack 5.3l engine option. Spectre cold air intake and throttle body spacer to move the air in and a hidden 3in flowmaster exhaust to move it out. It has been lowered with a bell tech 2/4 drop kit and is assisted with air lift technologies slam air bag kit in the rear. It is a leveling assist package that retains the original suspension not replacing it. Rolls on 20 inch boss wheels with red pinstripe on the spokes. I also have added a snug top cover, kicker sound system and Red LED lights in the interior and in the grill emblem that is also custom made by me. I will add more pictures later to show the details......

Get rid of the TB spacer all it does is add weight
