Def included with 2 year maint.?

Just curious if anyone knows if def top off is included with gm's 2 year maint program. When I bought my 15 the dealer said it was included. I am sitting in the dealer for the first oil change and confirmed the top off of the def fluid. They said no it's not included. They stated they thought it was but gm wasn't re-imbursing the dealer for the fluid...so I'm out of luck.. I know this is minimal cost but....

I know the window sticker on my 2015 Silverado says it is included.

But the dealer won't back it....gm can just send it to me and I will fill it myself.

I was never offered any at the dealers I got my oil changed At. Just buy some def for 20$ and forget about it

I hear ya kmgz... More of the point of it that's all. Don't advertise and promote something that you won't back. Don't get me wrong I'm happy with the truck and the free oil changes. I think gm was promoting it for sales though.

Out of curiosity where does it say DEF included? I don't remember seeing anything about def being included. Then again I bought my dmax in 2013

It is with my 15. It's on the sticker 2 yr maint.

DEF fluid is included in the free maint. The dealership isn't submitting it properly then.

Included or not, if they said it was but later found out it wasn't, they should just eat it and do it.

Topped off at my oil change but I keep a cube in my bed under the locked cover.

Typical gm customer service. Bought my own and filled it. Not worth the battle. Posted a question regarding service trailer message I am getting Gm jumped on it requesting vin number etc. to get the problem resolved. That was going on two months ago. Sent the info and nothing but crickets. They don't care. They got their money.
