Yesterday I cleaned the week old bugs off. Easy on a waxed vehicle that is only driven once a week and barely sees the sun

Oh man, feel for you. When I had my e30, an uncracked dash was a big deal, they were 20 years old and a perfect dash was rare. I used vynil protect regularly(often). One hot day, I got in, and when the door shut it was like the dash had an earthquake. They don't make replacement dashes, and the only way to fix it is to find a unicorn(a salvage car with a perfect dash) and do a full swap.

 

Do you use a screen/shade when parked?

Had mine for 5 1/2 years.

 

 

The "foam" core is more like plywood, very Heavy duty.

Auto anything was the cheapest when I got mine. They just have it dropped shipped to you. I got one for Tahoe also. They are cut for each model of car.

I'll buy one from them then. I've had good luck getting things from them.

 

On another note, the Wife and I took the truck to get ice cream. Probably a half mile from leaving the house the engine light comes on. Got home, and it threw both a P0327 & P0332. Nice.

I'm trying to figure out my buddy's pickup. No reverse lights, the fuse and bulbs are good. Stumped so far.

Isn't there just one that runs the back up lights? In the column? The fuse was blown but that wasn't the issue.
