tubular bed rails with lights

so i don't know if there is such a thing but i had a friend tell me that the other day he seen a silverado that had tubular bed rails that had lights built into the ends of them that changed when breaking and blinkers and stuff.

 

so i'm wondering if anyone has seen those or know if they make such a thing

 

and if you have if you could show me were to find that would be awesome
