How was your Thanksgiving?

Happy Thanksgiving to all. Hope everyone had a great day. Let holiday shopping season begin...ugh! So what did you do? I took the kids over to a friends place we met at church. The wife, unfortunately, stayed home, been battling the flu for last few days. Got to meet some new people and watch all the kids eat, play and destroy to their hearts content. I even managed to not have a month's worth of leftovers to bring home.

Hope everyone had a good thanksgiving. Spent mine at the fire station and still here till 8am. At least all the stations and family members got together for lunch this afternoon! Just wish I could hit up the sells tonight

Ate too much. Watched football. Ate some more. Mowed the yard. Thought about eating one last bite, then decided against it. Probably would have been medically impossible by that time.

Worked until 8AM Thanksgiving morning, then hung out with the wife and kid. Went for a cruise with my daughter, ate too much, watched football and rented a movie...Managed to stay up until midnight, or about 30 hours. Then managed to sleep for 4...

nice slow day..I didnt touch a tool or tape measure, Just watched shows/movies with my girls,And helped a little in the kitchen.

I talked/texted with family & friends, took my dog Kirby for a long walk. I spent the afternoon with a friend & her family. We ate, played a game & watched football!! It was a really wonderful day!!

Well thankfully Thanksgiving Eve wasn't the usual rough night it tends to be here as apparently people decided to behave. Thanksgiving night started busy, but then wasn't bad. Managed to enjoy a dinner with family before work, then some grilling at work in the wee hours.
