i love it, looks nice and unique. i dont care much for the wheels but those can be changed easily and it may have to much chrome for my likings but nice none the less.

I hope they get a bit more unique than that. Not knocking them as a bad truck, but Ford & Ram stand out on their limited King something horn.

Personally not a fan. If thats the highest level trim for chevy its a bit disappointing. To much chrome and those wheels are ick.

I agree. Not enough to make it stand out imo.

I like it but hate the fact that that is about as close to color matching as the truck seems to get and you have to get the highest trim level to do it.

Well it used to be when a vehicle had chrome it was on higher end vehicles because it was considered fancy. My parents and grandparents think chrome makes a vehicle look nicer and more high end, but nowadays it's the opposite. Maybe GM is still in the old days and thinks this way? Me personally I like them either way.

They're going to change those wheels in a hurry, I bet in 6 months they're a different design. No one will want those ugly things.

The truck looks alright at least.

Kind of thinking someone has botched stuff up with suppliers getting all the key little details in place. Whether it be interior stuff or wheels & what not.

As far as color matching goes. Ram's entry level Express is color matched with the higher end stuff with more chrome or a mix there of, absent the Sport model. Ford somehow found close to $6k to make the FX4 package. While the FX interior is cool, the price on it is insane for the little "capability"(gearing/skid plates/shocks) it adds, but is monotone. Just my opinion though...

Not a fan of these "theme trucks". Looks like GM if following Dodge and Ford down the theme road, sad.

The problem with these high end trims is the ridiculously high price they ask for it. Is a half ton pickup worth $ 50k+ to you? Ford has the platinum edition and King Ranch, Ran has Laramie Big Horn, and now GM is following suit. The reason. These high end trucks are the best money makers for the company. I definitely costs more to produce two work trucks than one truck with fancy seats and few electrical gimmicks.

I also hope they change the wheels. Who are the designers poling that like those hideous rims. High Country Emblem looks like something a teenager bought and stuck on the door. I guess the one on the tailgate isnt enough.
