There was just enough contact to tie the liners back.

Oohhhh it's the 20x12 with the -44 that messes with it.  I just started doing a bit more research and found that an 18x9 with a 0 offset will fit 35s with no trimming.

Yup

 

The BDS lift doesn't allow for stockers so ....... you go with anything else and it's a given for the trim.

Yeah.  I figure if I stick with a 0 offset, or a 18x10 with -24 offset, I should be good.  I'm taking about an inch and a half off the lower valence soon (maybe Saturday).

The BDS lift doesn't allow for stockers so ....... you go with anything else and it's a given for the trim.

I’m 99% sure you can run stocks with the bds kit. They are essentially the same

Hi everyone,

 

I recently purchased a ‘18 1500 double cab LS. My intentions were to make it a daily driver and tow rig for my crawler, but of course things change! I originally purchased a 2” level kit just to make the truck look right, but I decided to return it for something with a little more oomph. I am now in the market for a 3-5” lift, however the variations of lifts is mind blowing. Could anyone provide a link or description to help explain the differences between them? I’ve seen knuckle lifts which appear to be promising due to the fact that they offer greater strength to the overall design of the suspension geometry. However, I’ve read that thy require new control arms? Any other cons to them? Then there are bracket drop kits which retain stock geometry but create weaknesses within the overall unit due to stressing the ball joints and knuckles. Any pros or cons to these kits? They are definitely the most expensive and intrusive  kits on the market.

 

I have a set of 17x9 Method Standards on the way in -12/4.5” backspacing, I am looking to run 33x12.5s if possible. In the future, I would like to run Fox coil overs in the front with Fox shocks in the rear. Not necessary though.

So I guess I’ll do a rcx shit 2.5” level lift and squeeze some tires in it and roll 60,000 or so miles and then sell it cause everything will be worn ass out by then

Can anyone guess the setup on this truck? I saw it on google or something. I’m guessing just a leveling kit and 265/70/18. Or are they 275/70/18? Opinions?

What uca’s? Some of those 4” kits I posted earlier that come with new uca’s still require new wheels cause they will still rub on factory wheels with bigger tires
