anthony2558 Posted December 18, 2013 Posted December 18, 2013 Nice. Seems like a good price for the amount of lighting compared to stock GM cargo bed lighting. I'm sure others will be glad to see the link. Sent from my XT1053 using Tapatalk
WVBubba Posted December 25, 2013 Posted December 25, 2013 I got the gm bed lights, but they aren't very bright, so I am adding these http://www.bluewaterled.com/catalogdetails.php?id=39 to the back, since the wiring is already there shouldn't be to hard to tap off the existing wiring

mzodarg Posted December 25, 2013 Posted December 25, 2013 The kit will be here Monday. I will update once everything is hooked up and working. So, how did it go?
2017SierraSLT Posted December 25, 2013 Posted December 25, 2013 I haven't had an opportunity to install them yet.
mzodarg Posted December 25, 2013 Posted December 25, 2013 I haven't had an opportunity to install them yet. Cool, I've been watching this and other threads to see if you got it installed yet. I'm looking forward to your post. Mike
2017SierraSLT Posted December 25, 2013 Posted December 25, 2013 I'm looking forward to digging in and getting it done, along with the installation of the power fold/LED signal mirrors, electric brake controller, and tonneau cover! Many things to accomplish! Overtime and cold weather are slowing me down.

2017SierraSLT Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 I bought a second kit yesterday. If I am going to do the installation, I might as well do 4 instead of 2.
block8head Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 I've bought one from the same seller just now.. 1
Craftism Posted January 10, 2014 Posted January 10, 2014 I messaged eBay guy with no luck. However my local dealer matched the GM-Parts price of $99.99 (Part Number #22933562) and I installed a set today. Was thinking about doing two sets but there is no extra wiring harness plug in so they would have to be hard wired in. Very easy install, took about an hour. Kit came with no instructions but the ones posted on page 3 here worked fine. I still have the stock cargo lights but have ordered the matching LED's to go with so it will all look the same. 1
2017SierraSLT Posted January 14, 2014 Posted January 14, 2014 Here's the finished product. The switch is a door jamb switch for a 1990 Caprice, sourced from CARQUEST for $3. At night: 3
loganbent Posted January 14, 2014 Posted January 14, 2014 Nice work Rick, that looks well done and very functional! Gives me some ideas as to what I might do with the LED's I got in from DDM...... 1
SLESierra Posted January 21, 2014 Posted January 21, 2014 Jegs has these on sale just got the email - If I can get a plug type for the plug in under the bed I am considering ordering me these instead and putting at the cab end of the bed http://www.jegs.com/p/Hella/Hella-Optilux-LED-Worklamps/2889960/10002/-1 here is a site with the specs on them http://www.rallylights.com/all/optilux-model-4sq-led-work-lamp.html a little over 5 inches high wonder if they would be too big?
