Get measurements. I got the 2.5" and have only installed the front, it's a tad nose high but honestly I can't tell unless I pull a tape on it or if it's sitting just right. If you do the 2.5", put the rear block in. I'm gonna put mine in just to see what it looks like. This is on a 2014 Z71.

Just go with bilsteins at Max height. FHLH (user on here) has them with the exact tire size you're looking at and the truck looks great.

if you carry cargo on a regular basis and are worried about the payload weighing down your rear, the best option is airbags.

I've got an 18 Z71 and installed the Ready Lift 2.25" (left the back stock)and it's not nose high.  I think it looks great.  I've had a couple hundred lbs in the back and it didn't look noticeably nose high to me at all.  I'm sure if I load it up it likely would, but that's few and far between for me.

i would 100% agree here...these trucks are made as sturdy as the older 3/4 ton trucks (huge difference between my 2002 and my 2008...and now a big difference between my 2008 and my 2016...if you load the truck down so much that you are squatting this thing, and on a regular basis) i would almost say that would be worth a 3/4 ton, because you might be overloading it...i have loaded the hell out of my truck and you can tell, but it is pretty minimal...again, not like the older models...

 

but having said that...if you are that worried about it, like i said air bags would be your best bet, and probably cheaper than stepping up to a 3/4 ton!

Do you have any rubbing issues? I currently have a 285 55 hankook on my truck and sometimes wish I had more tire. I have 2” leveling in front. That looks really good. How does it drive at 75-80 mph?

I installed a rough country 2.5 inch front and 2 inch rear blocks on my 2016 Z71.  I have stamped steel control arms and instructions said 3-4 hour install.  It took 3 people with vehicle on a lift 10 hours.  Biggest time consuming issue was getting the upper control arm to come loose on both sides.  In the end still worth it love how it looks and drives.  Running 275/65R20 tires (34 inch) on stock rims with zero rubbing and no trimming needed.

I have a 2017 Silverado 1500 with stamped steel control arms. Can I get away with a 2” level safely and not rip upper ball joints out? Ready lifts site makes it sound like I shouldn’t do any level or lift without changing my control arms.

Is this the lower strut spacer? Any clunks or anything when going over bumps? Also what size tires?

Yes, it is. No clunks at all. They are stock Z71 tires. 265/65/18
