I have a noob question. I have a 3/4" under strut spacer. (1.5" lift) I have not even installed I have decided to go 2.5" can I add a top spacer to this or just start over. Thanks

A GPS or smartphone will tell you how fast you're going compared to what the speedometer says, then you can adjust accordingly.

Sent from my DROID RAZR HD

Sorry for a reply to an old post but I have a follow up that I haven't seen an answer for.

If larger tires affect the speedometer, what else is impacted? What about the odometer? What about economy readings, etc?

Thanks

2.5" RC Full Level

20x10 -24 Fuel Nutz

33x12.50R20 Atturo MT's

Only a very, and I mean very slight rub at full right lock in reverse. It's so minor, I'm not even going to bother with it.

Nice! What did you use to black out the headlight surround and the grille? I dig all the black.

Thanks! I used plasti dip. It is about 5-10 footer right now but if you get close, you can see some chips. Eventually, I want to have the bumpers, grille, and headlight surrounds painted.

I recently got back into a Sierra. Bought a 16 SLT a couple weeks ago and had the Bilstein 5100's installed. Still has a slight rake but not enough to complain about. Think it looks pretty good. I can't rave enough about the ride!

I was thinking of having mine painted as well... but I think i may get someone to do a vinyl wrap instead, so I dont have to mess with removing the chrome.

My emblems are plastidipped currently and from a few feet you can't tell the difference.

Have you driven them in the rain yet? Worst tires ever in the rain.

What kind of mpg are you guys seeing with the leveling kits and 33" a/t or similar tires?

You are going to get 40 different answers. Some people claim 20+ mpg and I never got that with my truck stock. I get about 17-18 mpg with 32s, a level, and no front air dam.

Oh ya I know that, I'm just trying to get a feel. I have filled my truck twice and both times it was 12.5-12.8 with a little of everything in there from 10-20 mph gravel roads to 80 mph freeway driving. Regardless of what I drove I thought that seemed low and expected a little more
