Oh ya I know that, I'm just trying to get a feel. I have filled my truck twice and both times it was 12.5-12.8 with a little of everything in there from 10-20 mph gravel roads to 80 mph freeway driving. Regardless of what I drove I thought that seemed low and expected a little more

Yea I'm getting anywhere from 11.5 in town to 14.5 on the freeway. 305 55 20 w the 6.2L... And I baby it lol

Sorry for a reply to an old post but I have a follow up that I haven't seen an answer for.

If larger tires affect the speedometer, what else is impacted? What about the odometer? What about economy readings, etc?

Thanks

Yes everything is out of whack. Should be only the percentage of tire change. But I haven't figured out if my low fuel light is float activated or based on the remaining fuel number on the dic.

Oh, I get about 17.5mpg with 275/65-20. I have a pretty even 50:50 mix of city and highway.

I have a level, camper shell, grill guard and 275/70/18 BFG KO2's and I get about 13 in town, about 16-17 on the highway. Sometimes more. Without the grill guard and camper shell (when I first got the truck) I did a road trip from Lubbock TX to Santa Fe NM and back, I got 19 mpg avg for the trip. So I think the grill guard hurts it a bit.

Hi everyone,

I am about to buy a 2014 Crew Cab SIlverado LTZ and talked to my local shop who I've done business with for 20 yrs.

He told me that on 2014-2016 GM half tons with lifts and leveling kits the traction control often comes on when cornering hard/fast.

Has anyone had any of these issues and if so is there a remedy?

No... but I try not to corner hard/fast... don't want to roll my truck.

What would you consider an issue with this? Im leveled and have thrown it into a corner harder than some would and havent had any issues, but if it broke traction enough I would expect it to step in. You can turn it off if you want.

Driver's side at full lock very very minor. Nothing worth dealing with

Mine does the exact same thing...I think it runs very slightly on the sway bar and slightly on the liner.

Pretty happy with the ride actually think it might be a little better
