I wonder who bought this, it was on the lot when I picked up my 4x4. It really had me interested but I am all for the off road look.0a60e5d04d4977d8d86baf933fc89294.jpg

Bad ass! Which dealer did you see this truck? Anyone know who's this is?

Nice truck,

what offset, +18 ??

Looking at the Standards in that size for basically the exact same truck and setup.

Thanks guys. I took my truck to a local off road shop, and that is what they recommended, and also what they carried in stock. I looked as well, iirc they only listed 2 1/4"? It has two spacers top and bottom. Sits perfectly level. Great ride, no significant difference than the stock ride quality.

Yes. +18 offset. With those tires, it's the perfect setup for my purposes. No rubbing, trimming, etc... You can always go bigger, but this is perfect for daily use.

Haha thanks. Yeah that, front window tint, and the chrome trim under the window are next. I might just buy the silverado stock parts to do that one though...

What's a valance? is that the air dam thing at the bottom?

Also on the procomp site they only have 2" levels as far as I can see. Could be wrong though.

Yeah I just saw that, and it shows a poly bushing as well. That's definitely not the kit I have. I'll call the shop that installed it tomorrow to ask them. The valance/air dam thing is that ugly cheap plastic thing at the bottom they spent "millions" on developing to get 1/2 mile better fuel mileage... but once the truck is lifted up, with bigger tires I have no idea if it still helps or not. I could honestly care less about it.

This is the kit: http://www.amazon.com/Pro-Comp-63235-2-25-Level/dp/B005GDZPD8

Listed for only up to 2013, but from what I understand the '14 is the same. It is 2 1/4".

I think the front bumper needs that valance. I think they look weird without them. Front end looks too small. Truck looks weird after.
