Are any of you lowered guys losing any turning radius if so how much?

YES.  I have 22" wheels with 285/40 tires and a 1.5" spacer lowered about 2" in the front and I do not have the same turning radius.  When I was lower it was flat out terrible - maybe a turn and a half before I rubbed.  At 2" it is reasonable - about 2.5 turns before rubbing.  If your wheel is not centered in the wheel well it really detracts from your turning radius.

I'll hopefully be at 4/7 by Saturday, I'll be using Mcgaughys so I hope that'll keep my wheel centered.

It won't but its not bad.  Only way to keep the wheel centered is new arms and arm mounts.  Dont worry about it  as ling as youre using spindles with struts. Its not bad at all

I actually didn't lose much of my turning radius at all, and I'm dropped 4/6 with 22x10 wheels and 305/40r22 tires. Maybe my truck is a unicorn, but I turn great and only rub slightly at or near full lock.

Question: With a lowering kit, are new arms and arm mounts available from anywhere to solve this? (Sorry, my OCD makes me a perfectionist and I like to know every detail of what to expect :))

You have 1 choice as of now. Thats twisted metal works arms    i was going to do them but minimam wheel size is 22. I run small wheels so its a no go for me.    If youre only going 4" in front its not bad. Ive actually forgotten about it

So does both the McG kit and the Bell kit cause this issue?

Chevrolet cause this issue.  By mounting the upper arm at an angle

Is there any real difference in a 2wd or 4wd spindle if they both use the same control arm style?? I've been looking for a 2/4 or 3/5 kit for my 2014 CC 4wd. I've read through just about this entire thread. It seams like guys have used control arms to lower their trucks but every body seem to say stay away from the IHR arms. I like the idea of using spindles however most of those I find seem to be for 2wd trucks that why I ask if there is really a difference. I've been emailing with Belltech and haven't gotten an answer from them as of yet. Tried to get ahold of Mcgaughy's but figure they are at SEMA this week so no luck there. I do really like the Mcgaughy's kit if it would work for 4wd. I don't really see why it wouldn't other than what thy have on their website.

The 4wd spindles allow clearance for the cv axles, there isn't a huge difference, but they are different. Mcgaughys does have 4wd spindles, you can couple those with a lowering spring, or strut to go lower than 2".
